YAH Talmidi, a student of YAH

KITUUAY HaKADASH

YAH Talmidi · student of YAH · YSSAV · AHMAHT

Hebrew lead · Strong’s as a tool, not a throne

Word well

These are the words already walking in perek 1. Each one starts in YAHshrAL. The English etymology is the later trail.

18 words

Sapar / sefer

סֵפֶר

sefer · H5612

A writing, a scroll, a counted account. Not a Greek “bios.”

YAHnglish says sapar for the scroll you are holding and sefer when the Tanakh points at this noun. KITUUAY, the writings, lives in the same family as kthaba in Aramaic: something written down, not a vibe and not a myth cycle. English “scripture” arrived late, through Latin scriptura, “a writing.” Useful trail. Not the root.

Generations / toladot

תּוֹלְדוֹת

toladot · H8435

Bringings-forth. The generations of a house.

Bereshith 5:1 opens with this word: the sapar of the toladot of Adam. MattithYAH 1:1 opens the same way. A house is brought forth. The later English “generation” can mean an era or a crowd. Here it is a lineage — who brought forth whom — inside YAHshrAL.

Brought forth / yalad

יָלַד

yalad · H3205

To bear, to bring forth, to cause to be born.

KJV says “begat.” The Aramaic line says awled. YSSAV says “brought forth” so the ear stays with yalad. “Beget” is a fine old English verb and still a later tongue. The mothers in this perek are not outside the verb. A house is brought forth through them.

YAHushua

יְהוֹשֻׁעַ / יֵשׁוּעַ

YAHushua / Yeshua · H3091

YAH is salvation. He saves.

Two spellings sit on this desk on purpose. The Peshitta writes Yeshua (יֵשׁוּעַ, H3442). The YAHctorate restoration, The Scriptures 2009, and the HalleluYah Scriptures sound the full Name יהושע — YAH + the verb that saves. Yahoshua in the Tanakh is the same name the later tongues shortened. English “Jesus” traveled through Greek Iesous and Latin Iesus. That trail is on Etymonline so you can see it. It is not where this desk starts. YashaYAHU 43:11: beside YaHUaH there is no savior. The Son’s Name does not stand a second savior beside the Father. It carries the Father’s Name.

Mashiach

מָשִׁיחַ

Mashiach · H4899

Anointed. Not a surname.

Mashiach is an office inside YAHshrAL: oil set apart a king, a priest, and at last the One the prophets waited for. English “messiah” is this word after a journey. “Christ” is the Greek chrīstos, “anointed,” then a Latin title. KJV says Christ. The Peshitta says Mshiha. Start with Mashiach.

Ben / son

בֵּן

ben · H1121

Son. Also: member of a house.

Ben Dawid is not a mood. It is the covenant house — the throne promised inside YAHshrAL. Ben Abraham is the older promise: the families of the earth blessed through that seed. The Aramaic is bar / breh, the same office in the sister tongue.

Dawid

דָּוִד

Dawid · H1732

Beloved. The king of YAHshrAL.

The line is aiming at a throne, not at a gentile fable. Dawid is named twice in this opening: as ancestor in 1:1, as king in 1:6. YSSAV spells Dawid, as the Hebrew sounds, not the later “David,” though the KJV column keeps David so the change stays visible.

Abraham

אַבְרָהָם

Abraham · H85

Father of a multitude.

The sapar does not open on Athens. It opens on the covenant with Abraham. Every name after this one is inside that promise. YAHshrAL is the people of this line, not a metaphor for a later empire.

Yitsḥaq

יִצְחָק

Yitsḥaq · H3327

He laughs. The son of the promise.

KJV Isaac. The Hebrew keeps the laugh in the Name. He is the child Abraham was promised, not a softener between Abraham and a Greek story.

Yaacob

יַעֲקֹב

Yaacob · H3290

Heel-holder. YAHshrAL is his house.

From Yaacob the twelve go out. In the next breath of this pasuk the line has already narrowed to Yahudah — but it names “his brothers,” so the whole house is still in the sentence.

Yahudah

יְהוּדָה

Yahudah · H3063

Praise. The scepter’s tribe.

KJV Judas in this verse, Judah elsewhere. Same man. The scepter is not removed from Yahudah. The sapar is walking toward a king from that tribe. Do not let the later English “Judas” of the betrayal swallow this father.

Tamar

תָּמָר

Tamar · H8559

Date palm. A mother the line names.

MattithYAH names her. The bringing-forth of Perets and Zerach is “of Tamar.” A study that hides the mothers is not reading the pasuk. Her story in Bereshith is hard, and the sapar still says her name out loud.

Perets

פֶּרֶץ

Perets · H6557

Breach. The son who broke out.

KJV Phares. Ruth 4 and this sapar both carry Perets toward Dawid. The name remembers a breach at birth. The house came through it anyway.

Ram

רָם

Ram · H7410

High. The Tanakh name in Ruth 4:19.

Read the columns before you smooth them. Ruth 4:19 in the Tanakh: Ram. KJV MattithYAH 1:4: Aram. The Peshitta Syriac of this pasuk also sounds Aram. Greek has Aram. YSSAV YAHnglish follows the Tanakh spelling Ram, and leaves Aram standing in the witnesses that actually say Aram. The difference is the lesson.

Rachab

רָחָב

Rachab · H7343

Wide. The woman from Jericho, named here.

MattithYAH names Rachab as the mother in Salmon’s line. The short genealogy in Ruth 4 names Boaz and does not name her. Do not force the two scrolls to say the same sentence. Do not drop the name this sapar bothered to write.

Ruth

רוּת

Ruth · H7327

The Moabitess who came under the covenant.

Her scroll is already in the Tanakh. Here she is named again so no one can pretend the line of Dawid was a closed wall. She was brought in. The sapar says so.

King / melek

מֶלֶךְ

melek · H4428

King. Dawid is not a mascot. He is melek.

Pasuk 6 says the word twice in the KJV: David the king, David the king. The throne is the point of ben Dawid back in pasuk 1. YAHshrAL had a king. This line claims that house.

Uriyah

אוּרִיָּה

Uriyah · H223

YAH is my light. The husband the line still names.

The pasuk does not say “Bathsheba” here. It says the wife of Uriyah. The wound in Dawid’s house stays in the sentence. A kingdom that tells the truth about its own king can be trusted to keep talking. The next precepts will carry the kings toward exile. This one stops on Uriyah’s name.
